AtariPhile issue #4 (c) 1996 Falcon FacTT File
The Falcon FacTT File is a non-profit making organisation.
AtariPhile #4 is supplied on one HD or two DD disks.
The DD disks contain the same directory layout but the files are
spread between the two disks.
Check the contents are as follows:
Root Directory
READ_ME.NOW This document
HOME.HTM AtariPhile title page.
\PHILES\ * Directories containing AtariPhile files
\STYLES\ * Directories containing AtariPhile files
* Do not change the name of these folders and if
installed on a hard drive they should remain in the
directory that contains HOME.HTM
AtariPhile can be run from the floppy disk(s).
Hard drive users, simply copy the contents of the disk(s) to
a directory - DO NOT re-name the folders we supply.
Run CAB and load the HOME.HTM then click on the "links" to move
around the magazine.
DD disk users can run from either disk 1 or 2, they both have some
basic files on them. However, when you get the warning dialog...
"Read Error In File"
...cancel the dialog, change the disks and re-select the link.
CAB is now so freely available we decided the space could be better
used by adding more articles. If you don't have the latest version
(1.5) of CAB it can be obtained from all good PD libraries and
BBS's. If you are struggling to find a copy send us a double density
disk with an SAE and two stamps (to cover our costs) to our address,
below, and we'll send you the latest version. Don't forget to say
what you want put on the disk!
DISTRIBUTION
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
AtariPhile may be freely distributed as long as the files and/or
archive remains complete. PD Libraries may charge no more than their
usual nominal disk charge. AtariPhile is not Public Domain, the
Falcon FacTT File retain all rights. No part of AtariPhile may be
reproduced without prior written permission.
AtariPhile is available from the FFF. We require a formatted Double
Density disk, a Self Addressed Envelope and TWO first class stamps
[one for return postage and one towards our costs] per issue. Make
sure you put enough stamps on the package to cover delivery - we
refuse underpaid packages. Non-UK residents should send
International Postage Coupons. Don't forget to mention what issue
number/s you want!
